Step 1 — Consultation (Free)
We start with a conversation. Bring inspiration photos, describe what you're imagining, or walk in with no idea at all. We'll listen, look at what speaks to you among our existing inventory, and help define a direction. No obligation, no pressure.

Step 2 — Design & CAD Rendering
Once we have a clear direction, we create a computer-aided design (CAD) rendering of the proposed piece. You see exactly what you're getting — from every angle — before anything is made. Revisions are easy at this stage.

Step 3 — Stone Selection
We source the center stone to your specifications — lab-grown diamond, natural diamond, moissanite, or another gemstone. You see the stone before it's set, with its certificate, and approve it.

Step 4 — Fabrication
The ring is made. Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from approved design to finished piece. We keep you updated throughout.

Step 5 — Delivery & Sizing
You come in for final fitting and sizing. We don't consider the piece finished until it's perfect.
