Custom jewelry is one of the most rewarding things we do at Solomon Jewelers in Wichita. Whether you're designing an engagement ring from scratch, redesigning a family heirloom, or creating something entirely one-of-a-kind — here's exactly how our process works.
Step 1: The Consultation (Free)
Every custom piece starts with a conversation. Bring inspiration photos, describe what you're imagining, or bring in the piece you want redesigned. No pressure and no obligation. If you're wondering about the cost of an engagement ring, read our honest budget guide first.
Step 2: Design & Quote

Step 3: Fabrication
Once you approve the design and deposit, we begin fabrication. Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Step 4: Delivery & Sizing
You come in for a final fitting. We don't consider the job done until you're completely happy. After delivery, read our jewelry care guide and consider insuring your piece.
