No. RingBuilder provides visual direction and inspiration. A Solomon jeweler reviews the concept with you, discusses stones and construction, and prepares the final design details for your approval before production.
Do I have to use RingBuilder?
No. You can skip the quiz and use the consultation form to describe your vision, share inspiration links, or ask our team to guide you from the beginning.
How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom rings take approximately 3–6 weeks after the design and stone selections are approved. Intricate designs or special sourcing may require additional time, and your jeweler will confirm the expected schedule.
What does a custom ring cost?
Custom settings commonly begin around $1,500, with the center stone priced separately according to type, size, and quality. Your final quote is based on your selected materials and approved design.
Can Solomon Jewelers use my diamond or redesign an heirloom?
Yes. We can evaluate existing diamonds and gemstones for a redesign. The stones must be inspected before we confirm whether they are suitable for the new setting.
Can I work with Solomon Jewelers outside Kansas?
Yes. Consultations can be completed by phone, video, and email. Completed pieces can be shipped fully insured with signature-required delivery.
Can custom or personalized pieces be returned?
Custom, personalized, and specially made pieces are not eligible for return. We reduce uncertainty by reviewing the design, stone, pricing, and renderings with you before production begins.
Is financing available?
