If you need a repair, simply bring your jewelry piece to our Dallas location and we'll take care of the rest.

We offer a layaway policy with flexible terms ranging from 12-36 months, depending on the purchase amount. As long as the customer is active on their layaway account, there won't be any cancellation. If the layaway is cancelled, the customer can use their balance as store credit or if they want to purchase the same product again, we can reorder it. Our layaway program allows our customers to reserve their favorite pieces and make affordable payments over time.
