At Solomon Jewelers, we are committed to providing a trusted luxury shopping experience. Every jewelry piece is handled with care from the moment your order is placed through final delivery.
Shipping Policy
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are ready to ship and typically ship within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-Order, Custom & Special Order Items
Made-to-order, custom, and special order items require additional production time. These items typically ship within 4–6 weeks after the order has been confirmed.
Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design, availability of materials, sizing, engraving, or any requested amendments.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only on unworn jewelry that is in its original condition. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Accompanied by all original packaging
- Accompanied by all tags, labels, boxes, certificates, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories, if applicable
All returned items will be carefully inspected before any refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Made-to-order items
- Resized items
- Engraved items
- Items with any amendments or modifications
- Items altered from the original standard size
Standard ring sizes
Men’s standard size: 10 · Ladies’ standard size: 7
Any ring sized differently from these standards is considered resized and is not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: All approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing packaging, missing tags, or missing accessories may be refused and returned to the customer.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges when needed, provided the item qualifies under our return policy. Exchanges are not available on:
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Made-to-order items
- Resized items
- Engraved items
- Amended or modified items
Exchange approval is subject to item inspection and product availability.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, full name, contact information, and the reason for your return or exchange request.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping returned items back to us. We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking, as Solomon Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Inspection & Approval
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
